Based on the following philosophy, TSC50 conducts activities with the themes ofenjoyment "growth" and sharing.

・Share fun with people over 40 all over the country through the dance of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal"

・Enjoy socializing with friends through dance

・Cultivate a spirit of challenge and feel the joy of growing through various event activities

 

●TSC Terms

When joining TSC50 (Team Sumukuri 50), you agree to the following terms.

1,age

In principle, the age at the time of enrollment is 40 years or older.

If you are under the age of 40, please consult with a founding member.

2, Joining, experience, recess, withdrawal

(Admission)

Member registration is required to join.

In order to create a team where everyone can participate with peace of mind, we do not allow anyone whose identity is not clear to participate.

If you change your address or contact information after joining, please notify the management team immediately.

*We do not accept dance professional membership.

Our team is a dance team for amateurs.

Our team defines a professional as:

・Participating in professional competitions

・Those who are engaged in professional activities (lessons, demonstrations, etc.)

・People who have a partnership with a professional

* Dances that are clearly different genres will not be judged to fall under the above.

(Experience)

Please note that even during the experience, you will comply with these Terms.

(withdrawal)

If you wish to withdraw from membership for any reason, please contact the founding members or the management team.

(recess)

There are no special procedures for taking a break.

​ If you find it difficult to work temporarily, please feel free to contact the founding members.
 

3, prohibited actions

If you do any of the following, please consult and contact the founding members and the management team immediately.

① Solicitation

Our team prohibits any solicitation of religion, products, membership, events, etc.

Also, please refrain from participating for the purpose of finding a partner.

② Nuisance

Harassment, slander, sexual harassment, and other nuisances are prohibited for team members and related parties.

Please observe the manners when dancing.

③ Others

・Since the sound source and choreography of TSC50 are original, it is prohibited to use them for purposes other than TSC50's activities without permission.

・Participation will be refused to those who are determined to be unsuitable for this team, such as those who do not follow the instructions of the operation, do not follow the detailed precautions, or behave in ways that deviate from social common sense. .

④ About anti-social forces

The membership of those who belong to anti-social forces or similar organizations is strictly prohibited.

If it turns out that you are related to such an organization after joining, you will be immediately withdrawn.

4, portrait rights, personal information, etc.

The portrait rights of photos, videos, etc. taken during the activity belong to the management side.

Please note that photos and videos will be used on the website and SNS.

If there is a problem with the disclosure of your face, please take measures by yourself so that it is not included in the photos and videos.

Contact information and personal information provided at the time of registration will be used only for the purpose of operation and management.

5, about theft, accidents, refunds, etc.

We are not responsible for theft or damage that occurs during the activity.

Also, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the activity.

If you cause trouble such as property damage at the venue, you will be asked to compensate for the damage amount.

A cancellation fee may be charged for cancellations such as event participation.

Please be sure to contact us so that you will not be absent without notice.

Annual membership fees, event participation fees, etc. that have already been paid due to withdrawal, recess, disposition, etc. cannot be refunded.

 

6, non-payment of annual membership fee

In our team, we ask you to pay the annual membership fee at the end of June every year, but when the unpaid amount reaches one month, we will judge that you have no intention to participate and will automatically withdraw.

 

7,violation

If you violate the above terms and detailed notes, you will be subject to warnings and expulsion.

In addition, if you damage our team, members, or related parties, you will be required to compensate the management side for all related costs and damages.

 

8, operation and terms

This agreement shall be posted on the TSC50 website.

Also, please note that the terms may be changed without prior notice or notice to each individual.
